Term And Agreement
Please read the following rules carefully before joining the Pect project partnership activities.
You agree that all information, communications, materials coming from PectOnline are unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential and protected from any disclosure. Moreover, the information, communications and materials contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer, nor a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor to any person to whom it will be unlawful to make such offer or solicitation.
The PectShare Exchange is a facility deployed online to help our shareholders exchange the community private shares among themselves. All shares bought or sold are not new share issued by Pect Global Ltd, but share exchange from already shares held by shareholders. The community is not directly involved in the transfer of these shares within members as the transfers are automatically matched between buyers and sellers by the computer algorithm. The private share prices are not fixed by Pect Global Ltd, but controlled by the forces of demand and supply from both buyers and sellers.
The PectShare Exchange is not available to the general public and is opened only to the qualified members of the PectOnline community; the use of this site is restricted to our members and to individuals personally invited by them. Every transaction should be treated as an exchange of ownership within members and not directly linked to the Community and should be considered to be a private transaction between the members. The system was built to help all shareholders and stakeholders of the community transfer their shares within themselves and not member of the general public.
- Every share holding in Pect Global Ltd represents a part of the company and gives the member a right to share in the dividend generated by the PECT business activities. Every returns outlined is only a projection.
- Investments in form of share holdings in Pect Global Ltd are not refundable but can be transferred or sold off to other interested members of the PectOnline community. Share holdings in Pect Global Ltd is not to be regarded as investments given to the PectOnline community with a specified fixed monthly return and also with tenure of maturity. Investing in Pect Global Ltd gives the investor co-ownership right to the PECT projects and also share in the revenue generated by the company.
- Every investor of the PECT projects has the right to nominate and vote other shareholders of the company to join the board of directors.
- Dividend payouts are made directly to the bank account the shareholder specified during application. Any changes in the bank details must be communicated to the PECT registry office. Dividend payouts are usually made within 7 business days from the date of payout request to the bank accounts specified for dividends.
You agree to be of legal age in your country to partake in this community, and in all the cases your minimal age must be 18 years.
As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.
All data given by a member to the PectOnline Community will be only privately used and not disclosed to any third parties. PectOnline Community is not responsible or liable for any loss of data.
You agree to hold all principals and members harmless of any liability. You agree that you are subscribing to the service offered by the PectOnline Community and we reserved the rights to suspend or terminate accounts that we found violating our term, rules or regulation.
We reserve the right to change the rules of the program at any time upon a general poll and votes of all members of the community, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the members' interests. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the current terms and also partake in the opinion pulls within the community.
The PectOnline Community is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from any violation of the conditions and terms and/or use of our website by a member. You guarantee to the Community that you will not use this site in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws.
We will not tolerate SPAM or any type of UCE in this program. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the community.
We reserves the right to accept or decline any member for membership without explanation.
